Canacol and AMCS are international companies and very respected,i doubt they would still be here if this was not going to happen.
Oil has dropped from a 100 to mid 20s and has recovered to the forties now.Globally all energy projects have been delayed.NONE BUILT IN LAST YEAR.All have been waiting for energy to continue up,investment monies have been waiting also please respect those that have faith this will soon move to new highs ...
