The 2016 Defense Industry Policy Statement titled: "Business and Government working together for success," cited $UBIQ's licensee: iWebGate Limited through Sprocket HK Ltd., as a case study and states:
by the Australian Government, and Department of Defense

The business (iWebGate)'s potential and the significance of its technology for both commercial and Defense applications was recognized and it was agreed to pursue parallel and complementary paths of assistance for the company. iWebGate continues to receive strong and ongoing support from the Australian Government as it enters into a new stage of business growth and international commercialization.
