Sorry, an investment of $375k does not make an obvious questionable development of a story shining! Management of PLPL will of course try to move investors to get in.... but shareholder will not know where this will end, in endless dilution, dumping by penny stock investors etc. All this are thousands and thousands of expereinces with similar stories like PLPL. I do not see ANy reason to be thrilled just because an institution - which supports tiny stocks with multi millions of OS (from whom they receive millions of shares to dump again) - receives shares for $375.000 for an investment. 18.000.000 shares currently! Bad mouthing - not neccessary, PLPL produce bad progress themselves.
Seems like you are not following very well this story since years.
I have no plpl depression, With PLPL I just follow another scam which has been on my list four years. Interesting for me to learn again and again how clever the stockmaket gets screwed by smart scoundrels.

BTW, $ 375.000 is NOTHING compared to the enormously growing debt of Plandai already. $ 375k = Smallest peanuts!
