TEL AVIV, Israel, Sept. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Elbit Imaging Ltd. (“EI” or the “Company”) (EMITF) (EMITF) announced today, further to the Company’s announcement dated June 1, 2016 regard the Board of Directors resolution to approve new notes' Buy-Back plan of the Company's series H (“The Notes”) which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE"), the repurchases of the following Notes was executed since the 1st of June, 2016 to the date herein:
