That is the absurdity of the situation. They short gold paper to keep it down, then when someone wants delivery they say it will be months or you can have cash. Complete manipulation by the big boys but it is all business as usual. If there would be a run, they would turn to taxpayers to bail them out. Paper situation has to be dealt with to get a true value for gold. IMO
