This is being traded by standard operating procedures on the OTC market place (given there is little to no visibility of this company). MMs lower bid and ask by passing shares around lowering the price and loading shares on cheaper and cheaper shares from retail to establish a position. At a certain point (past few days) they stop the lowering/load process. Now they will just sit and wait for any awareness or news to unload the position at higher prices. This typically results in a small bump in price if they can find the volume; that cycle will start again once they run out of shares, often taking the price even lower than before. What we currently have is retail is unwilling to buy and consequently it sits with a sizable gap due to the manipulation by the MMs involved that should be adding liquidity.

Either way, only retail takes OTC higher while MMs are looking for that next opportunity to start a position on the cheap/often on the backs of retail.

I do not endorse or condone any content outside my post which is an opinion, nothing more. Any/All links are IHUB spam.
