Judge simply doesn't think it's possible...but unfortunately for him...he's not the one that needs to think they can do it....Sun Edison on the other hand does believe they can do it...Notice how Sun Edison's side of the story is silent....let's make this clear...there is a group of ppl here who will remain longs and a group that will remain shorts...no convincing the otherside your views...if you just continue you say commons will be wiped you should just stop, because yes that is a possibility. But everyo ther possibility that pops up does NOT NEED TO be compared to the one possibility. Many scenarios can happen here... if Judge Bernstein was to say it is unlikely that humans have an effect on climate change would you take that with a grain of salt? Or believe it?
