Fortis Holdings was served their summons on August 19. They have 20 business days to file an appeal. So it looks like a couple more weeks before any kind of court date will be set. The court will have to wait the full 20 business day period then schedule for a court date. Also there are at least two others that were supposed to get served. Nothing on them yet. So we will have to wait for them to get served and wait the 20 days as well. Heres the link. It will time out so hit case search and type in SNM Global and pick dates from Aug 1 to todays date hit search and it will pull up the most current data.

Heres the direct link for the summons. Not sure if it times out or not. But you can look it up on the above link as well.
