Let's talk financials.

Ok, we are expecting the financials and what to look for. In the pinks forget the P/E ratio and all the other professional accounting methods, it just doesn't apply.

We are not looking at Ford or other NYS issues since the pinks don't apply the accounting practices that matters to us who trade these pinksheet companies. What matters is Rev and SS equals burn rate, but the latter still isn't a factor on where the MC = share price should be.

We are talking basic math and straight out math. No accounting gimmicks, in the pinks, it is straight accounting and what matters here is the REV.

We already know the O/S and the SS has a whole, because we have folks that call the T/A on a regular basis. You all can call the T/A and it's not intimidating and they are always very courteous to assist. I call diff T/A all the time for the SS on various companies, but allow me to say that we have regular posters that do the call so not to overburden the T/A, let the posters who are calling now give you the daily updates.

We already know our current share price is .002. Forget the in between tick one way or the other. The current price and support level is .002 X 160m O/S = $320,000 MC.

Now on the upcoming financials.

What to look for in the upcoming financial is the REV and that matters on where the share price will land.

Of course the reporting on the A/S is important, but let's stick with the REV.

Remember the current MC is $340K. on .002 with 160m S/O.

So if we can achieve a REV of $1,000,000 on the upcoming financial our share price will spike to .006 and not to mention the momentum, but will eventually settle in a new high.

What this entails is a MC of $1m with 160m shares O/S = a share price of .006.

This is what to look for and adjust the actual REV figure on the upcoming financial with the O/S will get you to a real share price. It is just that simple.

Bring on the financial and give us the real market value.

Have a good day.
