that's one of the specifics i see as speculative. should we know more in two weeks? my guess is yes, maybe less than 2 weeks, since roche has been grabbing his tranches of stock on a schedule of sorts:

but ALL of this is a moving target. maybe roche will announce some major news before he gets his september stock purchase via the financing agreement. we'll see!
