Beware the company has not filed or made anything materially officially public as per Otc. Even worse, as a caveat emptor, the last CEO quit alledging misrepresentations by his handler Edwad Vakser. The prior CEO looter Jeffries was arrested. Furthermore Edwad Vakser is a officer within this company, who's known for a long history of misleading investors when it comes to dividends promised and not delivered and business plans with no funding.
