I think BigE has spoken to the development timeline before. This film product will likely be customized to the end user, display manufacturer. This means that ND is already working with their customers on development of a film for their application. This in turn means that if the film is available to ND customers in early 2017, we may have commercial agreements in place by that time or sooner. What is meant by available: a final product or production quantities?
