Yes even CDEL dilutes from time to time. Just watch level 2. If they don't blink with their size if being hit or showing 10k all the time they are diluting. Sometimes you see hits like 10200 20400 when the end of their current batch of stock is close. But then they often reload quickly. They don't need to be low ask in order to hit the bid and dump. You might also sum up the various "t trades" of block trades in general to track the status of any current batch. Which total size you most easy get from tracking OS increases via TA. Sometimes more than one note converts at a time.

The V twins are usually the cheapest to active stock certificate which is the process you need in order to make your convertible sold into the market. But there are many more. CFGN seen more often lately.
