You would think they would have done their DD on this one but all research shows the natives are not going to cooperate and the environmental sensitivity of this watershed is about as high as it gets. The natives are commonly greased to cooperate then change their minds later, its a common pattern. The federal and provincial governments are sympathetic towards environmental and native issues. Its is poor prospect.
