That is your assumption on gas mileage improvements. Buying gas at different places, weather, tire pressure, style of driving, location of the driving all play a part on affecting gas mileage readings.

If there was a device that improved gas mileage by 31%(haha), Serge would not have to sell billions of shares to keep the company afloat.
