I find the apparent lack of understanding surrounding CytoDyns financials both humorous and frustrating. Reality is that it has nothing to do with CYDY and everything to do with misinformed or uninformed investors. Im talking about fundamental concepts like how warrants work, how offerings work, how dilution works, basic corporate finance structure and standard practices. We all have to learn these things at some point and there is no one that knows everything. But if you are going to go out of your way to make a lengthy argument and take a strong position on something, please do us all a favor dont post total nonsense. There may be a few people on this board who dont know any better but there are a lot that do and it completely ruins your credibility. If there is something you don't know or aren't quite clear on, then ask. No one will think any less of you. We are all here to learn.
