One would think that the Bidlive site would carry a press
release that they are now a publicly traded company on the pinksheets under the ticker IDVC... And would have comments from both CEO's and the new structure. This was done last week there should be press releases on both sides with details of the closed agreement. You know the more I think about this I get an uneasy feeling this maybe a false scheme...
