Why I value it $5-$10:

first thing first, I work in startup/VC space for 17 yrs. That's all I do from the time I wake up until I go to bed .

The EdTech part of this Co can easily be valued between $100M-$200M if it was VC-backed private Co in USA

The FinTech part is crazy. Because their's is the "ONLY CARD" in India targeting 800M people. Say it loud 800M potential customers. It is not possible to value without looking at all the metrics. But it could be valued between $500M to $1 billion if it were a US VC-backed company. Those numbers are in the low end.

The OS is unchanged forever. The CEO holds more than 52% and only 47M in the float. There is no dilution.

The CEO is super bright comes from IIT (harder to get in there compare to MIT) and Dartmouth.

He runs this company like a B-corp in USA. If you don't know, then do a Google search on B-Corp. Record numbers of companies in USA, are becoming B-Corp now. B-Corp also has "society" as a benefactor besides maximizing shareholder values.

In India, a CEO wouldn't sell shares to fatten his pocket. That would be so immoral and unethical and shameful. Same in Japan and S Korea too. The CEO's generally speaking, are not scum bags. That's why if you will see a business leader caught in doing these kinds of stuff in S Korea or Japan they commit suicide. It is considered very shameful to be scamming innocent people.

Read my other posts, I have written here.

I have a theory why he let it trade on OTC. He just doesn't want to waste money on PR/IR and all these things until he can afford it from the company cash flow. That is my theory. Again it is pure speculation in my part.

About the company being limited (Ltd), all foreign companies in India are registered as Ltd. They are registered as private as that particular company is not trading. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of FRFS. For example Apple India Ltd, Microsoft India Ltd, Oracle India Ltd are all registered as privately held companies as that Ltd is not trading.

I don't trade. I am just holding thinking, I may have found a huge diamond here. I will continue holding and see how it all unfolds in the coming years.

I even didn't know I had it until it spiked the other day and showed up with big green on my account. I don't monitor my portfolio regularly.

PLEASE don't take my post as any kind of advice or even suggestion. These are purely my assumptions and speculation based on my own knowledge for me. I understand most of you here trade to make a quick profit. Do as you like.

The least is if no one sells at a loss then this will keep moving. That is what the chart/technicals are supposed to tell you. So just don't sell for a loss. No matter at what price you buy, you can hold and still make a profit, if no one sells at a loss. But that is hard to tell. Someone will sell at a loss.

Good Luck

Fools argue to win, so stay away from them and still say Thank you.
Smart people argue to seek the truth and say "Thank You" when they find that they are wrong.
