Don't buy the Shares.
I just got off the phone with Geoffrey Berman, who is overseeing the liquidation. He claims that buyers of the stock today will receive no future distributions as they will not be shareholders of record on the 30th.
Considering the significant volume today (as well as yesterday and Friday, for which purchases will also not result in a shareholder of record on the 30th) and the confusing language in the 10-Q regarding purchasers subsequent to the 30th not receiving distributions, this is hard to believe but I wanted to put it out there.
