Greetings Mike, Thank you very much for the inquiry, I hope this communication finds you well. Regarding your question: ” Is U-VEND a good name for an Ice Cream company?” As we develop, we will focus more on the branding and marketing of each of our products, at least from the consumer retail side. From a corporate point of view, U-Vend, Inc. will remain as the parent company name for the foreseeable future. We also of course have the option of reacting appropriately if it is in the best interest of the company and its future. In the meantime, our goal is to create well-known and respected products in line with our branding partners, for example, our “Frozen Ponds Premium Ice Cream” will be the identifier to the NHL product, not U-Vend. We plan on doing the same branding initiatives with our baseball product and others currently being discussed as well. A real-time example could be, although Coke owns Minute Maid Orange Juice, the company doesn’t market “Coca-Cola Orange Juice”, rather they market and promote “Minute Maid Orange Juice”. There are many other examples I’m sure you are familiar with, and we would anticipate a somewhat parallel objective with our developing consumer products. Thanks again for your time and interest in U-Vend, Inc.!
