thanks....so the good Doctor might be upset, his suit was dismissed with prejudice and not allowed to recapture his original investment...pre-merger.

but selling at < $1 seems goofy...even if he desires some tax-loss impact.

now that HyperSound is "up for grabs"....sorry, strategically being advised upon, why not await the possible sale, hopefully causing subsequent stock rise to recoup investment? just sayin
