2 issues may have caused the delays.

They have to write off the management rights over a period of 20 years. Still some 8 years remaining even though they last until 2039.

And the other thing, apparently they got the revenue number completely wrong earlier this year when they reported the first nine months.

Let's just say that the auditor has approved all this so who really cares. But it's a bit of a mess.
