Dilution is not in the plans.elivating stock value seems to be what they are looking for. If someone in the wireless industry wounds to buy the technology that ABWN owns then they will not be gett it for free.
I'd say if you own shares here, put some on hold. Do whatever u do with the rest. But I wouldn't want to be not holding shares if huge news comes out!
