I'll bet the terms of conversion are similar to a cd: 50% discount to lowest closing bid, etc, and they don't take the shares all in one tranche.

If they did, they'd be stuck holders just like retail. They'll take them a little at a time as they are able to unload them.

Anyone trying to trade this ticker will be playing with fire....
