-There have been no updates on filing delinquent financials

-No news since forward looking statements in June

-Minerco, Avanzar & Athena websites are no longer active

-Athena shown as in default on Nevada SOS website, Avanzar no longer active per California SOS.

Apparently this means this is the next big stock to some people...
