Only the insiders and promoters knew what they were getting into with this stock.

I do NOT blame Joe Zampetti. I think Joe really believed in the stock. As fro Joe being in Italy everyone is entitled to take a vacation.

Well of course he believed in the stock. He was paid in free shares to promote the stock. He really believed in the stock as his chunks were selling.

It is all in the Q2 2014 SEC filing. You remember this, we were both here.

NONE of the promoters listed in that filing disclosed that they were compensated in shares, and that is and a violation of Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1934 as amended.

I think the undoing of SCRC is due to current management but that is my opinion only.

Naw, it was BS and company, including the promoters.

Interesting that SCRC is now under DEA investigation for selling scrips via the internet illegally as well.

Perhaps that was the real source of any revenue on the company books.
