well,the company can repurchase up to $250,000 worth of CAPC from Involve,Llc. I don't know if that's part of the $750,000 stock repurchase announced today or not. imo i'll hunch that it's not,that the two combine for a total $1,000,000 stock repurchase.

Capstone did sell it's interest in AC Kinetic's for $1,500,000...

the outstanding principal amount and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon shall be due upon the earlier of (i) a Change in Control of Newco or (ii) June 27, 2025.

----- ...but it appear's Capstone will not receive that money before 2025
