Slight change to Gift Card Payouts

Due to the absence of srloan from our contest since 7/2/2016 he sadly will be dropped. 1st place will be trimmed from 200 to 175.

The new payout is in the Ibox and is as follows:

2016 Gift Pool Prize Fund:

1st Place $175 (150 net)
2nd Place $125 (100 net)
3rd Place $ 75 ( 50 net)

Net amounts represent the winners not putting up their $25 each.

Also, it has been brought to my attention that we don't have any tiebreaker rules in effect.

If there is a tie for 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd I will simply combine the two places and divide equally.

If there is a tie for 3rd (4 winners total) I'm open to suggestions for tiebreaker rules.
