This has to be FREAKING insider information. Where do you get it?

It is not inside information, but not really correct either.

HALO is a huge customer of AVID, and as such does pose a risk.

BUT, it is highly likely that much of the product is actually going to Roche for their sub-Q version of Herceptin (which uses the Halo technology).

I have no idea if the sqHerceptin is really any better than the original, but the original is going off patent so you can bet your ass that Roche will try to switch users over to keep the money (and more important given that the real replacement hope, Kadcyla, failed front line MBC).

And I am certain the Roche is not about to go out of business.
