Frank is diluting big time. Every .0001 sold to retail is being doubled at the end of each trading day. Look at the filings. He is dumping no par shares. Wait until the reverse split IF you want to buy.

He has had a Dutch tender offer for over a year and yet the outstanding shares are climbing. Should be over 4 billion right now.
