It is a big deal having the BOD on the side of the shareholders....

We ALL know what happens when the weasels are in charge....

NO dilution in over a year, how long did previous management go without dilution ?

one day ?....

lolol....

Using shareholders money to pay for stupid acquisitions that were money burners, handing Madam Wang over a million dollars for what ?

The list goes on and on.....and don't forget paying the wife as a consultant for brainstorming ( lol ) all these business moves.
