If you're going by the link in your previous post, that was just an aged thing from what was previously Level 5, which is why Jason Fontaine was still listed as a contact. If there was some sort of thing with an NDA, how would you know or be able to say anything about it?

In reality the Secretary of State's site in Nevada shows Athena Brands, Inc. in default and Vanis and Messina are still listed as officers.
