People can say anything in a lawsuit. What that says is that there is "evidence to show" it is a RICO case.

It did not say there IS a RICO case.

A prosecutor has to bring a RICO case since it is a criminal act.

This is a civil case, thus not a "RICO" case.

Trying to imply there is a RICO case because THEY think so,doesn't make it so.

Has there been a RICO case filed by a prosecutor? Pretty sure that would be shown, by GOSY, if there had been a RICO case filed, so I guess, not yet (if ever).

I still think it is very strange they didn't defend themselves against the other case since they had this "rico" thing all put together.

Anyway, I don't care about GOSY, itself, I just like to find things that don't smell right.

This whole GOSY thing does not smell right.

To bring a case under Georgia’s RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies — such as fraud, bribery, murder and witness tampering, among others.

RICO allows prosecutors to include defendants charged with various crimes in the same indictment and to allege they were all part of an ongoing enterprise
