Smart move by Mylan. There is no way the FDA will ever approve ATRS/TEVA's application now that a authorized generic will be on the market since the FDA no longer needs to lower their standards in order to approve TEVA's version.

They should pursue the NDA route but the idea of ATRS making big bucks from this program just went out the door.

ATRS is going to need that cash raise.
