Um, I have never edited one of your posts; I have no idea why you would say that. On this board, you can only edit your own post within 15 minutes of making the post.

You can't consider goodwill here because they lost the license for Marley Coffee - there is no goodwill left.

Even if they had the use of the name, JAMN is horribly in debt. I can't imagine what they'll list for their interest payment for the quarter that just closed. They can't afford the debt they have, which means that they can't afford more debt. And I can't imagine why someone would buy equity in a company that is in such bad shape financially.
