There is some massive dilution ongoing and they are unloading at the bid....regardless of price and in large blocks. Never a good sign for OTC security. Appears we may have the prototypical R&D company here. "Here, let the shareholders eat the bill". Unfortunately looks like they are willing to destroy any reputation to maintain/keep the company running. In the end, as a byproduct, they will destroy their company and reputation as business leaders.
