..and all should understand that once negotiations begin/began and any talk of "authorized shares" were mentioned, those authorized shares are all part of the package and now an added incentive to support my belief that all those authorized shares must be reduced as well.

If I were persuaded that authorized shares could be used in some nefarious way to stick us investors out of a .35 stock, I would first be looking for rules to amend the proxy - a right of a single share shareholder. I have yet to be convinced that there is a problem. The authorized shares have only been used to pay bills to the extent that their expenses exceed income.

Can yo explain how authorized shares would hurt the common shareholder?
