Great question, N2K. Yes, I do believe it would make sense for Humanwell to buy Elite. Not a perfect fit in the US distribution, but that is a hurdle they could overcome because Humanwell, as a Chinese business, has access to state funding to accomplish whatever it needs. Any doubts? Check on how a small computer repair shop (Lenovo) in Beijing could end up owning IBMs PC business for $1.25 B in 2005 and IBMs server business for $2.35 B in 2014.
