ONE - SUNDAY POST
Although I do not intend to post here as frequently, there are times that I feel I must add some info.
As for those who continue to "harp" about the financials and how easily they should have already been completed - I present you the SPA proposal once again.
I will not be replying to all the naysayer posts, I just say read through this SPA and all of the integrating factors, the pricing, the prior contracts, how the percentages are going to be handled etc.
Everything in the restatments including the noteholder's debintures, the SPA, and integrating the Cameroon and Nigerian proposed business must be factored into everything - including the SPA / JV company that is in the process of being formed.
THIS "MUST" be done correctly - and not in a few weeks time. It is obvious to most here that the books were not in the best shape, easily identified by the depth of dilution due to the EXIM Bank defunding and the inability to bring those contracts forward.
In order to FORM this new company - those restatements, Final 10Q for 2015, 2015 10k, 1st Qtr and then the nicest 2nd Qtr 10Q must be in very good shape. A Joint Venture Partnership must have all the "i's" dotted and the "t's" crossed.

Long and strong - and anytime I write Kevin an email presented with the proper questions - he does respond. And I might add, there is absolutely nothing involved with insider information.
