I'd take that loss if GNVC wasn't working on hearing with Novartis, it's that relationship I'm banking on. Barring Novartis dropping the partnership, I believe we could be well into the next decade to really know it won't succeed. On the other hand success could come far sooner if higher doses produce dramatically improved results.
I believe we know that people in the trial are hearing something they weren't hearing before, and balance has improved. As long as that's the case, I believe that Novartis will work to see what can be done to reach the threshold needed for approval. As long as that's the case, in time I think GNVC will prove a positive investment.
