Machine learning and the understanding of optimization algorithms on p. 12 present some interesting paths of developments that we will be facing in the near future. There are some key hints in these few paragraphs on just how simple mining the data can be if one cares to delve. IMO we are about to see exponential growth in the materials field due to these very type of developments.

Hyper growth is coming at us fast. Maybe just maybe Steve, David, Dr. J, Dr. Wong, and some savvy investors had a CLUE way back then!
