One more thing I'd like to mention is about TRTC not releasing a PR on the 2 days in which they opened their first 2 Nevada dispensaries. Like the rest of you, I was surprised and disappointed. Understandably, many on this board are up in arms about it claiming DP is doing something shady.

My belief on why they didn't PR them is because MJ is still a schedule 1 drug. I have listened to DP discuss the challenges of trying to do business in mj while it is still Federally illegal. He said that the best way to approach it is to do what you need to do "without rubbing the Feds nose in it." If you rub in their face you are provoking them to do something about it. JMHO
