A couple of comments, I agree if in fact there is, or was an " auction ", no bids met Red Oaks price.

Having said that I'm not so positive there was an auction....the 8k did not specify that was the case, it stated certain options were being looked at. Did a merger or acquisition fail ? Who knows....
I do believe when the Tonaquint fiasco hit CCEL was trying their best to steal CBAI, as they were on the ropes before Red Oak came in.

Red Oak is very far from the " scam " accusations that seem to resonate from Scitslers carnage...

Also, losing the tissue customer could have put the screws to any " deal " that was in negotiations. What I would love to see is patience on Red Oaks part, which their history with other investments put's any worries to rest.

Pay off the debt, and start increasing rev's.....I firmly believe the rest will take care of itself.

CBAI is WAY undervalued, as you said....
