I have to say I think this won't be a success.

I have a dehumidifier in my basement here in humid NJ. Yes, it's eats electricity and does warm up the basement. But it removes two full buckets of water in a day (assuming I empty it twice; I find once is normally enough).

So, one bucket full every couple of weeks does not sound like a good solution for anyone with humid summers.

I'm curious as to the test results too!
