Actually I do not trust the BOD as I have stated and we need to vote no. If we don't we are idiots. It is the only chance to hold our vote for concessions

However, the extension is not automatic and one must show a plan to get over $1 which means SH approval of a split that they can show Nasdaq they have the authority to do if necessary. However, I say no. New BOD or no RS approval.
