I think Andy lost his temper at least 6 times during the interview. And it's always the same excuse. 'I did what the lawyers/accountants told me to do'.
At some point, the CEO is responsible for, well, not cheating the shareholders. He has never taken any responsibility for anything. Years ago he was even contemplating suing the FDA after they wouldn't clear Acti and Allay.
The blame game will continue. It's shifted from FDA to the SEC.
