I’m shocked at the attitude that would stifle open discussion in favor to that of an insider on a message board. Remember this is a publically traded company which comes with responsibilities and at least the appearance of fairness in public disclosures. Delicate specific information from a CEO does not have to be communicated obviously but communicating something that is delicate can be done with tact. Do you think any shareholder is under obligation to keep private “the information” a CEO provides them in private in any case - even if a shareholder took your offer?. I could see someone who champions the proper operation of the market and/or commitment of honesty on a public forum obligated by their own ethics to share.
