Can Heddle use the accumulated losses here in a business such as Heddle Marine by some means?? IPO using the shell?? Some other way?? PTOI take over Heddle Marine? Heddle Marine take over PTOI?

Although I don't think that is allowed by the tax laws - BWDIK!

What are those accumulated losses today? $60 million???
