Unfortunately voting no will do nothing to stop these pigs from destroying this company. It's not in their best interest to do anything positive with it. As we all know the smartest thing would have been to take a buyout offer if there ever was such a thing on the table. We can all constantly vote no but there's a force out there that allows The BOD to do whatever they want.
