ITD have sales, medical, logistics experienced in African travel, culture, needs?
ITD have any medical staff experienced with mobile, rural, underdeveloped health infrastructure?
ITD have government and financial relationships for this type of work?
Answer=NO
ITD moved into a brand new large facility specifically for this type of business.
If a Merger or JV or some form of business partnership was happening you would only expect key employees needed for the immediate future. The ONLY immediate item discussed is ITDs magazine reference where SPECIFICALLY they talk about expansion for the Kallo 55,000 sqft hospital. Building it and testing it under their new facility which wasn't acquired until last November. Possibly did ITD and financiers wait until the Guinea election was completed??
I see so many advantages for ITD to be public. #1 being a lucrative tax writeoff on the medical infrastructure business. #2 a platform to expand beyond a regional business. #3 a method to reward key stakeholders while having financial flexibility for the foreseeable future.
